Any cancellation made up to 10 days before arrival will be charged €1 plus 4% of the amount received and all bank expenses of the cancellation.

Any cancellation within 10 days of arrival will suppose the loss of the amount paid at the time of booking (30% of the whole stay). Failure to appear at the scheduled day of arrival the establishment will mean the loss of 100% of the amount of the stay.

When making reservations, children over 3 years old must be counted (children under 3 are free).
